What are some trends to look for in 2021 in social media?

We noticed in 2020 that people were using social media more than ever. Here are a few things to make note of. Brands are starting to take a less is more approach with posting and heavily focusing their energies on quality content. We know that the value of the content to their specific target audience is the main approach. We are seeing more engagement from consumers on content that is relatable, useful, and helpful. Another trend is focusing more on video content and IGTV and REELS. At the end of the day, authenticity will be the focal point of all posts and content.
