Hi, I am Lindsay!

I am creative and full of passion for growing a brand online. Over the course of 10 years the social media landscape has changed continuously and while it was innovating and expanding, so was I – from social media community manager, social media management, digital marketing strategist to digital marketing manager.

I graduated from the University of Western Ontario studying sociology and psychology, being the social butterfly that I am, I loved understanding humans and the way they think.

Shortly after, I started my career in marketing, beginning as a Social Media Coordinator for a mobile accessory company. Working with Graphic Designers, Project Managers, and Digital strategists, I quickly learned the ins-and-outs of digital marketing. Diving into all things social, I began searching the net for new trends, strategies, and ways to grow a brand online. From there I moved on as a Digital Marketing Manager, wearing many digital marketing hats.

Five years later, I decided to continue my hobby as a freelancer. I wanted to grow my skill set and learn more about digital marketing. I graduated from RED Academy, in Vancouver, learning SEO, Google Ads, e-mailing marketing, and brand building.

My portfolio will go into specifics about my skills and certifications, but in a nutshell, I’ve been advising brands – from the mobile accessories market, lifestyle brands, technology start-up companies, and onlineĀ e-commerce shops.

In my personal life, besides finding me behind a computer, you can see me exploring the mountains, being active in sports, biking, searching for the latestĀ digital marketing trends while listening to a killer playlist.
